Miles is an experienced lawyer with several years of experience in corporate law, finance, and private equity, including as owner of Wobbleton Law, PLLC; an associate at Mayer Brown LLP and Smith, Anderson, Blount, Dorsett, Mitchell & Jernigan, LLP; and as a summer associate at Troutman Sanders LLP. Miles has worked on billions of dollars in transactions and hundreds of millions of dollars in private fund formations. Miles serves as of counsel for firms and outside general counsel for businesses across the country. Miles is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law and Campbell University.
